November 2021, marked the release of Chris' newest book, HOW TO DO RELEVANT RESEARCH - From the Ivory Tower to the Real World. Chris and his co-authors Philip Mirvis and Susan Mohrman build a bridge between academics and practitioners with this book. This recent release follows THE AGILITY FACTOR (2014) where Chris and his co-authors, Thomas Williams and Ed Lawler, offer a research-based approach to achieving long-term profitability. The authors reveal a set of capabilities to help organizational leaders use agility to achieve sustained performance and profitability.
